Kimberly Banks is the Supervisor of World Languages and ESOL for Harford County Public Schools. Prior to accepting that position in July 2012, Kimberly taught French I through AP French Language and Culture in Harford County for 18 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French with a concentration in Secondary Education from Nazareth College of Rochester, a master’s degree in Leadership in Teaching with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Notre Dame of Maryland University, a master’s degree in Educational Technology from Loyola University Maryland, and a post-master’s certification in Administration and Supervision from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Kimberly has been a Maryland Foreign Language Association Board Member since 2012.
