Kimberly Banks is the Coordinator of World Languages in Howard County Public Schools. Previously, she served as Supervisor of World Languages and ESOL for Harford County Public Schools. Before going into administration, Kimberly taught French I through AP French Language and Culture in Harford County for 18 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French with a concentration in Secondary Education from Nazareth College of Rochester, a master’s degree in Leadership in Teaching with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Notre Dame of Maryland University, a master’s degree in Educational Technology from Loyola University Maryland, and a post-master’s certification in Administration and Supervision from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Kimberly has been a Maryland Foreign Language Association Board Member since 2012.
